Terms and Conditions for Competitions and other Promotional Activities in Social Media by KARMA Water Purification Systems Ltd
1. Participation in the competitions and other promotional activities in social media by KARMA Water Purification Systems Ltd (‘the organizer’) is open to persons who permanently reside in Cyprus, aged 18 and over. Individuals under 18 can only participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Organizer’s employees and their families are not allowed to participate in competitions and other promotional activities or win.
3. Anyone who wishes to participate in a competition must follow the instructions specified on the competition announcement post in social media. A valid entry is one who has followed all steps.
4. Competition prizes are non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or other products.
5. The draws take place at the Organiser’s Offices on the date specified on the competition/promotional activity announcement post. The winners are also announced on the predefined day stated on the announcement post.
6. The names of the winners are always announced on the social medium where the competition has taken place and the winners are asked to provide via private message their personal details for identification purposes. In case a winner fails to respond by sending his/her phone number within 1 week of being announced as a winner, then the Organizer has the right to proceed with a new draw. Additionally the winners must collect their gifts within 2 weeks from the announcement date.
At that point we would like to inform you that we have included changes to address the new standards introduced by the European data protection law known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 9. Winners on the delivery of the prize will have to sign an acceptance form and accept that their name may be published via radio, television and internet.
10. Acceptance of the terms. In order to participate in the competition, the winners must unconditionally accept all the above Terms & Conditions, which are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
